Thank you for your valuable contribution to BarTech Europe 2025! We are pleased to confirm your participation as a speaker at our congress and look forward to an inspiring and insightful presentation.
To ensure a smooth and high-quality event, please take note of the following organizational points:
- You will receive a link to upload your presentation. Please ensure that the final version is uploaded no later than September 8, 2025.
- Your presentation, including all text, graphics, and diagrams, must be prepared and held in English.
- To ensure clear visibility in the lecture hall, please use a minimum font size of 18 points throughout your presentation.
- Each lecture slot is 25 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for audience questions and discussion. Kindly adhere strictly to this time frame.
- Your presentation may include a maximum of three slides about your company. Please refrain from promotional or product-focused content. The session should maintain a purely professional and technical tone.
- We encourage speakers to consider booking a foyer booth to further increase their company’s presence at the event. For more information, please contact: n.steiner@zds-solingen.de.
- The lecture hall is equipped with modern presentation technology, including a Windows laptop. If you prefer to use your own device, please inform us in advance. HDMI connections are available—if your device requires another type of port, kindly bring an adapter or let us know beforehand.
- On the day of your presentation, please check in at the technicians’ desk in the auditorium no later than the start of the coffee break preceding your session. This will allow us to test and ensure your presentation runs smoothly.
- We will soon begin our marketing campaign. To help us make this event a success, we kindly ask for your support in sharing information about the congress, engaging with our content on LinkedIn, and encouraging your network to attend. Your involvement is key to ensuring a vibrant and well-attended congress.
